Owner Rosalinda Sala has culled an enormous number of authentic recipes, and the menu reflects their breadth. Each dish is crafted of market-fresh ingredients: grilled steaks and chicken, sauteed shrimp, marinated pork, and fish dressed with a variety of sauces. Fabulous tacos, burritos, enchiladas and quesadillas are available as well.
